We completely get it; we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.
We accept cancellations as long as an order has not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped the order must be sent back in its original condition. Please note, all shipping is always the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot refund the shipping and handling that we paid to ship the order out to you.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

We ship orders out world wide. Please note the custom, duty, brokerage and shipping fees for international orders are always the customers responsibility.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). Please note that expedited shipping orders such as Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day only deliver during regular business days (Monday-Friday). Additionally, please note we have an early AM cut off of 10:00 AM CST. International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
