Extended Warranty

When a customer purchases an extended warranty, it provides an additional year of coverage beyond the initial 90-day manufacturer’s warranty, specifically for that product. Should the item become discontinued and sourcing it becomes impossible, we will issue a refund to the customer for original price of the part only. To make a warranty claim, customers must provide a photo of the model number and serial number tag from the appliance on which the part was installed. It is crucial to ensure that the part is installed on a compatible appliance; otherwise, the warranty will be void if the part is installed on an appliance for which it was not intended.
